Our Club Story

The Zonta Club of Ottawa is a dynamic group of leading women passionate about our mission to impact the lives of women and girls in our community, nationally, and worldwide. We were chartered in 1957.

Our Activities

Our Club fulfills our mission by supporting our local domestic violence support organization with fundraising, a supply collection, and an awareness event. We are also known for our annual Girl’s Tea, an event that recognizes middle school girls for their citizenship. In addition, we provide scholarships for high school seniors moving on to college.

We are proud to be the hands and the heart of our local Red Stocking project, an organization that provides Christmas gifts for local families in need.
