n Memoriam - Milwaukee Club Member Lived a Full Life
Ernestine O’Bee will be
remembered as a lively, committed professional woman of color whose
grace and poise enriched the lives of all she encountered. Ernestine
died Monday, January 22, 2007, at the age of 99. Ernestine joined Zonta
in 1963 and diligently carried out the Zonta mission to improve the
status of women. Zontians from around the globe came to know and love
Ernestine through her active participation in Zonta activities.
The Zonta Club of
Milwaukee has named the 2007 Technical Specialty Scholarship in memory
of Ernestine O’Bee. If you would like to contribute to the Scholarship
